Canoeing Alvor

Canoe over the calm warm water of the nature protected area of Ria de Alvor. Come that bit closer to Portugal’s diverse bird, plant and wildlife. Or are you looking for fun and a way to cool down from a hot summer day? Our canoe trips are safe and fun for adults and kids!

You will canoe in a modern hard-plastic Canadian canoe with space for maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years. There is enough space to bring a bag with towels or some food and drinks. The maximum group size is 20 people. You never did any canoeing in your life before? No problem! Canoeing on Ria de Alvor is possible for non-experienced participants and ideal for children!

For your safety and comfort we have a little Portuguese fishing boat as support boat available.
All you need to bring is your swimsuit, sun cream and water.

UPDATE 2012: the canoeing activity in Alvor will only be available from 1st April 2012.
