Our mountain bike guide will take you along some challenging single and double tracks. Enjoy this off-road coastal trip along the coastline of Alvor to Portimao. 

From Praia de Rocha the trip starts heading East following double tracks along the banks of the meandering river, a beautiful nature reservoir. Continue over single tracks on top of the cliffs near the estuary lagoon of Ria de Alvor.

Travel further into west direction and find the famous cliffs of Prainha known for its single tracks by the local professional freestyle riders.

The tour will challenge your skills and bring you to magnificent sites you have to behold to believe their beauty. It is the active way to discover the other side of the Algarve. See the endless ocean, white beaches, the golden coast and unique flora and fauna. And that is not all…

The tour will lead you through the city of Portimao where you can enjoy a bit of Portuguese city life, perhaps with a refreshing ice cream on a terrace…?

The experienced multilingual guide will stop at magnificent panoramic views and knows the best tracks. The trip is suitable for everyone between 15-65 years with some mountain bike experience.

These Mountain Bike Trips are every day of the week available depending on availability. We´ll start at 10h00 in Mexilhoeira Grande.

Price per person includes Giant 29-er MTB in your size, helmet and 2 cooled bottles of water:
Half Day: €60 – 30km – net cycling time 2-3 hours
Full Day: €75 – 45km – net cycling time 4-5 hours (lunch is not included)

Fitness level required nº 3, difficulty C.
