Lagos Winter Kayaking 2024/2025 in Lagos

O Algarve’s warm and pleasant winter climate makes it a perfect location for the Lagos Winter Kayaking.
The season for Lagos Winter Kayaking is from November until the beginning of April.

The Atlantic Ocean’s water temperatures are generally between 16 and 18° C, and the air temperatures are mostly between 18 and 20° C.

We recommend wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt or thin fleece under our swim vest.

Passeio de Caiaque no Mar de Inverno

On the first part of the tour, you will visit all the grottoes and caves in Ponta da Piedade.
If sea conditions allow, a short break will be optional on a deserted beach.
In the second part, we paddle through more significant caves and under ancient arches.

Nós fazemos as viagens de inverno quase todos os dias, dependendo do tempo.
The kayak trip usually starts at the end of the morning in the Marina and finishes there 2-1/2 hrs later so that we can enjoy the warmest part of the day on the water.

The weather conditions are not perfect for kayaking every day in the winter months.
If we think it´s unsafe to go out, we will suggest another day, or if you are not available, we will refund you immediately without any cost.
